In an effort to unite women scholars from around the world on a shared platform, Ms. Asya Azhar, a passionate Doctoral student in Education at Universiti Sains Malaysia, has envisioned and initiated GROW – Global Research Oasis for Women.

Recognizing the need for a collaborative and empowering space, she set out to create a community where women researchers can connect across disciplines, share their academic journeys, support one another, and grow together—both professionally and personally.
